  • HOW CAN I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

    To create a new account, click the “REGISTER” button in the upper right corner, fill out the form that appears, and create a membership. You must fill in all the information on the registration form accurately and completely.

  • HOW CAN I BET?

    On our website’s Sports Betting and Live Betting pages, you can view all the matches open for betting and create your betting slip. On the left side of the page, you’ll see a list of sports and countries. Select the match you wish to bet on. Choose your preferred option from the provided choices.   • WHAT IS CASH OUT? HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM IT?

    With the Cashout feature, you can cash out your bet slip that you think won’t win or that you don’t want to risk, at a price determined by the provider. This price may vary depending on the score of the match you bet on or the current risk situation. The provider may not offer a cashout, your acceptance may not be approved by the system, or the offer may change.

    ❕ Betsmove does not guarantee that the Cash Out option will be available for every bet. Betsmove recommends that you do not bet assuming that the Cash Out option will be available for every match.

    ❕ There is a delay in accepting the Cash Out request. If there is a change in odds or any other change related to the match during this delay, the Cash Out request will be rejected.

    Partial Cashout;
    If you wish to partially cash out your bet, use the slider in the “Partial Cash Out” option in the Cash Out window to adjust your original bet amount to your desired Cash Out amount. After selecting the correct amount, click the “Cash Out” button. The remainder of your bet will be settled according to the final outcome of your bet.

    Automatic Cash Out:
    With the “Automatic Cash Out” option, you can enter your preferred amount between the minimum and maximum amounts determined by the provider and click the “Activate Rule” button to activate the automatic Cash Out system when the offer reaches your preferred cash out amount.

  • HOW IS MY COUPON PROCESSED IF A MATCH IN MY COUPON IS ABANDONED?

    👉 In sports betting, if a match that was interrupted or postponed is played within 24 hours, your bet will be settled according to the outcome of that match.

    👉 If it is stated that a postponed match will be played within 48 hours, you will wait 48 hours for your bet to be settled, and your bet will be settled according to the outcome of that match.

    👉 If the postponement period for a match exceeds 48 hours, your bet on that match will be evaluated at odds of 1 and will be cancelled/refunded.

  • HOW MANY MATCHES CAN I PLAY IN ONE COUPON?

    The maximum number of matches you can bet on and the maximum winnings you can achieve will vary depending on the odds you bet and the amount you bet.

    Each match has its own maximum betting limit, independent of other events. Adding many different matches to your bet slip will affect the maximum amount you can bet.
    You can add one match or as many as the provider allows and see the maximum bet amount you can place on your bet slip using the “max” option.

    If you win by adding as many matches as the provider allows and betting up to the maximum amount, you can withdraw the entire amount within the daily limits.

  • WHAT IS SINGLE, MULTIPLE, SYSTEM?

    The words single, combination, and system refer to different types of bets:

    Single bet: If your bet slip contains only one match, it’s called a single bet.

    Multiple bet: If your bet slip contains more than one match, it’s called a combination bet.

    System bet: If you want to win money even if some of the matches in your combination bet slip don’t win, this type of bet is called a system bet. For example: you added 5 matches to your bet slip and you want to win even if 4 of them win. In that case, you need to select the system 4/5 option in the system bet slip.

  • WHAT DOES DISCOUNT MEAN IN YOUR PROMOTIONS SECTION?

    Daily Discount (Loss Bonus) is our compensation promotion where you can get back 10% of your losses from the last 24 hours and have a chance to win again.

    Daily Discount is added as cash without wagering requirements.

    ✔️ There is no withdrawal limit for discounts.

  • HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM YOUR DISCOUNT CAMPAIGN?

    1- You can earn a daily loss bonus with this promotion. You can request it by entering your username on our Discount Request Page.
    Amounts won from sports betting and transferred to Live Casino and Casino sections are excluded from the daily loss bonus. There is no loss bonus for sports betting.

    2- Your net loss in Live Casino and Casino Slot games within a day must be 100₺. You cannot benefit from the loss bonus for losses below 100₺.

    3- Your loss bonus is added by deducting your withdrawal amount from your deposits within the day. The period from 00:00 to 23:59 on the same day is taken into consideration. For example; your loss bonus for Monday will be calculated for the period between 00:00 and 23:59. Monday losses will be added on Tuesday. The calculation and addition process for daily loss bonuses will work in this way.

    4- The bonus rate you can receive for daily losses of 100 TL or more is set at 10%.

    5- To benefit from the daily loss bonus, there is a deposit requirement. You can receive the bonus if your daily net loss is at least 100 TL. Balances remaining from the previous day are not taken into account; only your minimum deposits for that day are considered.

    6- To receive the Live Casino and Casino daily loss bonus, you must request it one day later on the Discount Request page by entering your username. For example: For losses on Monday, you must request it on Tuesday before the end of the day. You cannot receive loss bonuses from past dates.

    7- You can only request a loss bonus once a day. Multiple applications made with the same username will not be considered. If you have Live Casino and Casino losses from the previous day and the necessary conditions are met, your loss bonus will be added to your account.

    8- Members who receive the 10% Purchase Bonus and the 100% Casino Welcome Bonus are not eligible for the loss bonus.

    9- You are not eligible for the bonus if:
    – Your daily loss in Live Casino and Casino games is less than 100 TL,
    – Your withdrawal amount exceeds your deposit amount in your daily deposit and withdrawal transactions,
    – You have received a deposit bonus for your deposit transaction,
    – Your deposit amount is less than 100 TL,

    10- The added bonus has no wagering requirements and members can use it in any area they wish.

    11- The daily loss bonus is valid for your net loss in all Live Casino and Casino providers. If you do not have a general loss in your daily financial transactions, the right to the loss bonus is considered invalid.

  • WHAT IS A MAIN CASH CYCLE? HOW CAN I COMPLETE IT?

    The turnover requirement is a simple rule regarding whether your principal becomes withdrawable.

    To be able to withdraw after your deposit, you must wager an amount equal to your deposit. Then you can proceed with your withdrawal.
